RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
We accept returns only in two cases — if you have received a wrong item or if an item is missing from your order. Returns are not accepted for any other reason including change of mind or personal preference.
Exchanges
If you have received the wrong size or if the product does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with original tags and packaging intact. Exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
How to Raise a Request
Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support.asov.in@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and clear photos of the item. Our team will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Once your request is approved, ship the item back to our address and we will process your exchange or return accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in case of wrong or missing items. Once the return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method or as store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping cost for wrong or missing item cases will be covered by us.
Important Notes
Returns and exchanges are not applicable on sale or discounted items. All items go through a quality check before dispatch. Claims must be supported with an unboxing video or photos. We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
